Do I need my credit card to sign up for a free trial?

No, you just need to register with your email to access to the 15 day trial. You will only need to provide payment details when you begin a subscription after the 15 day trial has ended.

LawyerTime is software as a service meaning that you can purchase a monthly subscription to the service or an annual subscription for increased savings. Licensing is on a per user basis so you only pay for the number of users you need and you have use of the system whilst your subscription is active. No, all you have to pay is the monthly/annual subscription. Support and upgrades to the latest version are all free of charge. However if you have specific requirements and would like to have any additional modules created, then we can help you! Our team of developers can build the extra functionality in for you at an agreed cost. This means that you don’t need to change your custom business practices, you just customise the software to suit your business.

Do you provide volume discount?

Yes, we provide volume discounts. Our software allows you to set up multiple timekeepers and give them admin or user rights. Contact us for more information on volume discounts available.

Can I track time for multiple lawyers/ timekeepers?

Yes. You can track time and bill for multiple timekeepers based on their own hourly rates. You can also track fixed matters, track billable and non-billable expenses and produce bills for your clients.

Does LawyerTime offer support?

Yes, we offer free support for all our users via email and online. Email with your question or issue. Please note that we prioritise support cases, and paying customers will be prioritised over those taking a free trial.

What are the minimum system requirements?

All you need is internet access and a web browser such as; Internet Explorer 9 or above, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

What is the difference between the full version and the trial version?

With the trial version, you still get to experience the full functionality of the software. The only difference is that your trial licence will stop working after 15 days.
